Privacy notice
Short version: the contact form goes to my inbox, nothing is tracked, and you can ask me to delete your data anytime.

What I collect and why
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the topic and budget you pick, and your message. I use this only to answer your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries). Like any web server, the hosting provider also processes standard connection logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) to keep the site secure and running.
Who processes the data
Form submissions are delivered as email via Resend (Resend Inc., USA), acting as a data processor under appropriate safeguards for international transfers (GDPR Art. 46). The data is not sold, shared with anyone else, or used for marketing.
How long it is kept
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up work, and no longer than the limitation periods for contractual claims require. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Fonts and assets are self-hosted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija (vdai.lrv.lt).
